Fixed bug with Unison Detune setting in MKII DX7 editor. UD cannot now be set unless Unison Mode is set On
Added several features to enhance drag/drop capability in patch editor. In Tabbed mode it is now possible to drag data grids between operators - tabs are auto-switched during drag operations. In Show All mode it is now possible to drag columns of Operator data within and between the Oscillator and Sensitivity grids.
Added new feature which allows operators to be link-edited: when any item of operator data is changed, the same item is also changed in all other operators. The feature is enabled/disabled by right-clicking on any operator data grid.

Added file concatenation option for DX6 and DX4 voice patches in Classic or DXM format. Thanks to Jon Jennings for the suggestion.
Fixed Midi Send Bank for DX4 patches (thanks to Neil Barnes for help on this) and also for MKIIDX6 patches which weren't sending effects data.
Added save file in classic mode for OP4 patches in unpacked form with per patch headers. Note that this is the only format implemented for OP4 Classic although banks are sent in packed format.
